Hope Everyone Has Had A Great Turkey Day!

Hope your Thanksgiving Day was fantastic! Mine was great, although my husband is off to war. We prayed for him and the other soldiers. My children ate all day. I tried to eat all day, but with being on iaso tea, I couldn't. I felt full and if I tried to eat more than what I did, I would have made myself sick.

I did go walking for about 2 hours to try to work off some of what I ate the day before. LOL. I've been back to the gym once after that. I'm going to find a good workout I can do in my house because it's really cold outside right now. I am not a fan of ice and cold weather.

Even though I did eat a little more around the holiday than I normally would, I didn't gain any weight. I'm happy about that. I believe the tea helped with maintaining my weight because it kept everything flowing smoothly and wastes didn't get a chance to make a home in my instestines.

To recap the results I've gotten on Dr. Miller's Holy Tea/iaso Tea....

1. My skin has cleared up.
2. The cyst I had under my tooth was drained.
3. I've shed some weight that may have been solely fecal matter.
4. I've been sleeping better and not waking up sluggish.

So today, my daughter woke up complaining about her stomach hurting and her head hurts. I gave her an ounce of my concentrated tea mixed in lemonade. Updates

I'm getting on track. Right now I am at a firm 250lbs. I'm not "going" on a regular, so I think the next batch of tea I'm going to make a little stronger. I did have a pause in the last time I drank Holy Tea to the first time I started the Iaso Tea. For those of you who don't know...Iaso Tea is just Holy Tea with 4 added ingredients. Although the original works well, the new formula is suppose to have an extra boost for those of us looking to shed more than just a few pounds. So I can honestly say that the weight I lost with Holy Tea did not creep back on me when I stopped. Subconsciously, I'm eating the right portions of food. The only thing I really have to put thought into is what I'm actually eating. With the Teas, I'm not overeating. I'm drinking more water, and I have the energy to exercise. I know I have to get on the ball with the exercise thing...I've been concentrating on other things in my life. But I will get to it. I don't feel hunger because I am eating at least three times a day.

Well, like I said before...the next batch is going to be stronger...maybe that will boost some results. I'll weigh myself in a week and a half. Thanksgiving is a few days away and I know I'm going to eat everything in sight just because I can...and I'm going to have to exercise it off.

Has Been Shipped

I received a shipped confirmation today. My order has been officially shipped today! Can't wait until my tea arrives.

Ok....I know I said I should have my Iaso Tea order on Saturday. But it's not here yet. Maybe my calculations were off. I must remember the holidays are near and things at the post office are probably getting crazy. I promise to let you know when it arrives. Sorry to keep you waiting.

I've noticed something about my body since I tried the new formula Dr. Miller's Tea. I had a cyst under a tooth that I need to get extracted for a while now.

I ordered a month supply this past tuesday. I expect it to arrive either tomorrow or Saturday.

I just finished off the last cup of the sample batch of IASO Tea. I drank it as an iced tea. I didn't mix it with juice or anything else. I brewed it according to the directions and then I added water to the brewed tea. To sweeten it without it tasting nasty, I added honey. Sometimes I also and equal. For some reason, regular sugar makes it taste different from using artificial sweetner. The good thing about this tea is you can fix the tea to your taste. How I drink it might not be bareably for someone else to consume. What I also noticed this week is that I drank more water and ate less without even thinking about it. I simply ate when I was hungry...which was not that often. But even in that...I still had to make sure I ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I look forward to my Iaso Tea order which should arrive at the end of next week.

Tea Effects

Day two of my Iaso Tea intake...

Today was very "moving". I'll try not to be graphic. I passed some mucus and what appeared to be a parasite. Couldn't tell...but whatever it was...it wasn't moving. So that was good. Yikes!
I also got an excellent good nights sleep. I felt refreshed and energized this morning. And it didn't take me forever to "wake up". So far so good.

I stumbled on a website that gave me my own niche search engine. It has the potential to make me a nice income. Here is the site that I signed up on...search engine. I'm just a couple of days into it and I'm already seeing traffic coming to my page thanks to Tissa.

So, I tried the Iaso Tea. It has the same taste as the original formula. So no change there. It's only been one day since I've been drinking it, so anything noticeable hasn't happened yet. I'll keep you posted on how things are going.

Dropping the weight

So it's been a while since I've updated this page. I've been busy studying. I'm almost done with my online classes. Woa-hoo! I've also been trying to make that life style change some of us so desperately need to do. Starting with the way I eat. I've learned that it's not always what I eat, but how much I eat. The other part is how much of the right foods am I eating. Balance is key. Exercise is essential too. There's no getting around that if your doing it right. Part of my small success is due to cleansing.
