I'm getting on track. Right now I am at a firm 250lbs. I'm not "going" on a regular, so I think the next batch of tea I'm going to make a little stronger. I did have a pause in the last time I drank Holy Tea to the first time I started the Iaso Tea. For those of you who don't know...Iaso Tea is just Holy Tea with 4 added ingredients. Although the original works well, the new formula is suppose to have an extra boost for those of us looking to shed more than just a few pounds. So I can honestly say that the weight I lost with Holy Tea did not creep back on me when I stopped. Subconsciously, I'm eating the right portions of food. The only thing I really have to put thought into is what I'm actually eating. With the Teas, I'm not overeating. I'm drinking more water, and I have the energy to exercise. I know I have to get on the ball with the exercise thing...I've been concentrating on other things in my life. But I will get to it. I don't feel hunger because I am eating at least three times a day.

Well, like I said before...the next batch is going to be stronger...maybe that will boost some results. I'll weigh myself in a week and a half. Thanksgiving is a few days away and I know I'm going to eat everything in sight just because I can...and I'm going to have to exercise it off.

My tea is here today. I'm in the process of brewing it right now. I will start drinking it first thing in the morning.

Has Been Shipped

I received a shipped confirmation today. My order has been officially shipped today! Can't wait until my tea arrives.

Ok....I know I said I should have my Iaso Tea order on Saturday. But it's not here yet. Maybe my calculations were off. I must remember the holidays are near and things at the post office are probably getting crazy. I promise to let you know when it arrives. Sorry to keep you waiting.

But in the meantime, I came across an e-book that has some great tips on how to successful do business online.

Their tips are not just useless information and it can be applied to any business.

I've noticed something about my body since I tried the new formula Dr. Miller's Tea. I had a cyst under a tooth that I need to get extracted for a while now.

You may ask why haven't I gotten it fix yet. Well...there are a number of reasons. My husband is the only one technically working. The money that does come in is used on the necessities and the children. After that, nothing is barely left for anything else. And my business is not booming just yet.

Since drinking the tea, my cyst has disappeared. Back in April, the dentist gave me penicillin and a referral to go get the extraction. Since the out-of-pocket costs are more than we can handle right now.....that will be post poned. So I took the pills and the cyst went away. Well, you all know how the story goes. The cyst came back because it got infected again. And it never went down or away until last week during the tea episode. I do know one thing. While I'm trying to make some money to get my dental work done, I won't have to worry about getting infected for as long as I drink the tea.

Another thing I've noticed is I get a better nights sleep. I believe anyone with insomnia issues can benefit from this tea.

I ordered a month supply this past tuesday. I expect it to arrive either tomorrow or Saturday.

I just finished off the last cup of the sample batch of IASO Tea. I drank it as an iced tea. I didn't mix it with juice or anything else. I brewed it according to the directions and then I added water to the brewed tea. To sweeten it without it tasting nasty, I added honey. Sometimes I also and equal. For some reason, regular sugar makes it taste different from using artificial sweetner. The good thing about this tea is you can fix the tea to your taste. How I drink it might not be bareably for someone else to consume. What I also noticed this week is that I drank more water and ate less without even thinking about it. I simply ate when I was hungry...which was not that often. But even in that...I still had to make sure I ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I look forward to my Iaso Tea order which should arrive at the end of next week.

Tea Effects

Day two of my Iaso Tea intake...

Today was very "moving". I'll try not to be graphic. I passed some mucus and what appeared to be a parasite. Couldn't tell...but whatever it was...it wasn't moving. So that was good. Yikes!
I also got an excellent good nights sleep. I felt refreshed and energized this morning. And it didn't take me forever to "wake up". So far so good.

I stumbled on a website that gave me my own niche search engine. It has the potential to make me a nice income. Here is the site that I signed up on...search engine. I'm just a couple of days into it and I'm already seeing traffic coming to my page thanks to Tissa.

So, I tried the Iaso Tea. It has the same taste as the original formula. So no change there. It's only been one day since I've been drinking it, so anything noticeable hasn't happened yet. I'll keep you posted on how things are going.

Samples

My sample of the new formulated tea arrived today. I'm brewing it right now. I hope it doesn't taste weird. The original was actually pleasant tasting. So, I will let you know how things turn out.
