Slow Happenings

M y current weight is approx. 247 pounds. Man this is hard work. I've made the gym a neccessity at least 3 times a week for the past two weeks and I work out at least 30 minutes to an hour each time. For me that is hard work and progression. I give myself a pat on the back because there are people out there that don't even do that much activity. But anyway, between exercising, cleansing with the iaso tea, and not overeating chocolates...I think I'm doing rather well. Wish the weight would come off faster, but its slowly coming along.
